I'm not sure what it is, but I've been feeling pretty good both this week and last week during my runs. It's really nice. I really hope it continues. I wonder if it's been because I've actually been following the training schedule more (for the most part anyway). I don't think it's my diet as I still sneak in a treat like ice cream or pretzel m&ms here and there. ;) Anyway, I hope these good runs continue.
Got some new chalk for the kiddos today. They enjoyed drawing with it.
Tomorrow I'll be meeting up with some other Moms from a nearby Moms Run this Town chapter and go run. It'll be my first time meeting up with them so it should be fun.
I too will take an outdoor run over a gym run any day.
