Today was a no run day. We took the kiddos to the park with their cousins. They are having a blast playing together!
Here is my training schedule for the week according to Hal Higdon's intermediate program. It has been modified since the Seattle Rock and Roll half is on Saturday, not Sunday:
Monday - Stretch & Strengthen
Tuesday -4 mile run
Wednesday -30 min tempo 3 mile
Thursday - 2 mile run rest
Friday - rest rest
Saturday - rest Half Marathon
Sunday - Half Marathon
I'm getting excited for the half on Saturday! I can't wait to run around Downtown Seattle again!
