Monday 7/14 – Focus T25 Alpha Total Body Circuit
Wednesday 7/16 – 4 mile run in the morning and Focus T25 Alpha
Cardio in the Evening
Thursday 7/17 - Focus T25 Alpha Lower Focus. It was the first time trying out Vega Sport for a pre-workout energizer and it definitely helped.
Friday 7/18- Double day of Focus T25 Alpha – Total Body Circuit and
Ab Intervals. This was a really tough one for me as both of these are pretty difficult. Total Body Circuit with lots of push ups and planks, and Ab Intervals with v sits and other difficult core exercises. Vega Sport helped in this one as well. Future blog post about Vega Sport will be coming soon!
Saturday 7/19 Rest
Sunday 7/20 Rest
It was a great Week 3 of Focus T25! I would have liked to get a couple more runs in last week, but my schedule just didn't allow it. We were in Gettysburg all weekend and had a blast! I had planned on doing a long run on Sunday, but I was too tired to get up early. After all, Saturday & Sunday are supposed to be rest days, so I figure I could follow that for one week right? ;)
Anyone do anything exciting over the weekend?
