Here's a recap of last week's workouts:
Monday 7/21 - 4 mile run on the treadmill in the morning and Focus T25 Alpha Cardio in the evening. Felt great starting week 4!
Tuesday 7/22 - Focus T25 Alpha Total Body Circuit
Wednesday 7/23 - Focus T25 Alpha Lower Focus
Thursday 7/24 - Focus T25 Alpha Lower Body Circuit
Friday 7/25 - Focus T25 Double day, Alpha Speed 1.0 & Ab Intervals
Saturday 7/26 - Rest but did a 10 mile bike ride
Sunday 7/27 - Rest - Short hike at Tyler State Park with the Fam.
It was a great week 4 of T25! I am definitely getting stronger. When we went to the park yesterday, I was so proud that I could go across these monkey bars. I definitely could not do these a month ago!
This will probably be my last week following the full schedule of T25 as I noticed that I am actually behind on my half marathon training for the Wineglass Half marathon in October. I should be ok, I just need to start running more. :)
