Here's a recap of last week's workouts:
Monday 7/7 - 4 miles in the morning and Focus T25 Alpha Cardio in the afternoon.
Tuesday 7/8 - Focus T25 Alpha Total Body Circuit
Wednesday 7/9 - Focus T25 Alpha Speed 1.0
Thursday 7/10 - 4 miles on the treadmill at the gym in the morning and Focus T25 Alpha Cardio in the evening.
Friday 7/11 - Focus T25 Alpha Ab Intervals in the morning & Lower Focus in the evening.
Saturday 7/12 Rest day
Sunday 7/13 - 10K on the D&R Canal trail
My second week of T25 has been great! The workouts always leave me dripping with sweat, which to me is always a sign of a great workout. I can tell that the T25 has been helping. When I ran my 6.2 miles yesterday, I felt really good. Whether it's the T25 or not, I'm liking how I have been feeling lately. :)

DeleteWay to go on your workouts - love it when you can get doubles in :) I've never heard of T25 - I will have to learn more about it.
