Monday 8/18 - 4 mile run on the treadmill
Tuesday 8/19 - 40 minute tempo run on the treadmill
Wednesday 8/20 - T25 Beta Rip't Circuit and 3 mile run outside
Thursday 8/21 - Rest
Friday 8/22 - 2 mile run with my 5 year old. He had been bugging me to run with him and I was really impressed with how much he improved from last time. He's pretty amazing and I'm so happy he wants to run with his mommy! :)
Saturday 8/23 - 8 mile long run on the D&R canal trail. Felt pretty good.
Sunday 8/24 - Rest day. We did go on a family hike at Bushkill Falls and had a great time! Blog post coming later this week!

That long run through the canal trail looks beautiful! My week was great- managed to log some miles and get all of the workouts I had planned done! :)
