Monday 10/6: Rest day
Tuesday 10/7: 2 mile walk
Wednesday 10/8: Easy recovery run/walk. Had to get outside since it was so nice out.
Thursday 10/9: Run with MRTT friends at Mercer County Park. Legs felt good!
Friday 10/10: PiYo Sweat
Saturday 10/11: Rest
Sunday 10/12: 3 mile hike with the Fam in the morning at Cheesequake State Park
And got in my 8 mile long run in the afternoon. It was perfect weather for running!
Not a bad week of workouts. I took it easy earlier in the week to recover from the Wineglass Half. My next run is the Perfect 10 miler on the 26th. I don't really have a training schedule for this run, but I think I will do a tweaked version of Hal Higdon's 15K training schedule and start it on the week it corresponds with my run date. After the 10 miler, I've got the Trenton 10K, and then the Philly Half. :) Saturday night, I went and signed up for 2 races for 2015! I figured it was time to start thinking about next year and save on some $$ by signing up early. I am excited for next year already!
