Monday- Piyo Define Lower and Define Upper Body
Tuesday- 5 mile run
Wednesday- Warm up and then 10x400s at 5K pace with walking in between and then cool down.
Thursday- Ran 6.2 miles with MRTT running friends.
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- 12 Mile long run turned into a DC Running tour. Blog post about it with pics of all the sites on my run coming soon!
Another pretty good week of workouts. I was very happy about yesterday's run because it was so much fun seeing so many sites during a long run. There is something about running in a new place that makes it so thrilling. I am also getting excited for the Philly Half coming up on Sunday!!
