Last Week's Workouts 12/1-12/7

Here's a recap of last week's workouts:

Monday 12/1 - Woke up early and did 1 mile for day 5 of #rwrunstreak.
Also did T25's Alpha Cardio session. It was great doing T25 again!
Tuesday 12/2 -  Walked 3 miles with my friend Diane and then did a quick mile for day 6 of #rwrunstreak.
Wednesday 12/3 - 1 mile for day 7 of #rwrunstreak.
Thursday 12/4 - Ran 6 miles with running friends for day 8 of #rwrunstreak.
Friday 12/5 - Early morning 1 mile run and then PiYo Sweat.
 
Saturday 12/6 - 4 mile run. Ran in light rain.

Sunday 12/7 - 4 mile run plus a short hike with the fam. It was beautiful out.
I'd say I had a pretty good week. I was planning on following the full alpha schedule for T25, but then felt like it would be a bit much with doing the Runner's World Runstreak along with meeting up with friends to walk or run. I did manage one T25 session along with a PiYo workout so I'm happy with that. I'm not going to follow any type of schedule this month, but will run and incorporate at least some T25 or PiYo into my weekly workouts. The Runner's World Runstreak has gone better than I thought. It's not so bad and I actually enjoy it because it gets me outside everyday.
