Monday 12/15 - 1 mile run plus T25's Total Body Workout
Tuesday 12/16 - 1 mile run
Wednesday 12/17 - 5 miles with my friend Min.
Thursday 12/18 - First run back in Seattle! It was so nice being back home! Got in 4 miles.
Friday 12/19 - 1 mile. Was lazy today because I should have done PiYo, but just wasn't feeling like it today.
Saturday 12/20 - Good 6 mile run.
Sunday 12/21 - 1 mile run.
Not a bad week. It could have been better. I didn't get a PiYo workout on Friday, but I'm ok with that. I'm away on vacation in Seattle and having a great time hanging out with family and good friends. It's so nice to be back home. I haven't been eating as well as I'd like to but it's not often I'm home with so much yummy food around. Plus there are so many holiday sweets at our fingertips. The kiddos had a great time baking cookies with their cousins at my good friend's house last night. I love the holidays!
This week I hope to at least continue the runstreak. Other than that my workouts aren't really planned out. With my sister here, I'm sure we'll get some good workouts in. What I can't believe is that Christmas is Thursday! This month has gone by fast. I'm sure I'll be eating pretty bad this week, but that's an even better reason to work out.
