NYC Half Marathon Training Week 4: 1/12-1/18

Here's a recap of last week's workouts:

Monday 1/12 - Focus T25 Alpha Total Body Circuit. This is always a toughie for me with the pushups and spider lunges in the workout.
Tuesday 1/13 - 3.5 mile run
Wednesday 1/14 - 35 minute tempo run
Thursday 1/15 - 3 mile run with friends
Friday 1/16 - PiYo Upper and Lower Body
Saturday 1/17 - 3 mile run
Sunday 1/18 - 7 mile run in the rain. Got my long run in but took it slower due to slippery conditions. Some parts were icy so most of the time I was on the side of the trail or road where there was grass. My only goal was to get my run done safely. I did see this cool blue heron on the trail!
Another pretty good week of training! I just hope the weather gets better. I'm not a fan of running in the rain with icy and slippery conditions. I'm already looking forward to spring!
