It's a device made by SPR Gear, that you put on your shoes to keep the laces in tact so they won't get undone.

They work great! I've been running in them for almost a month now and they do as they say. I like how they are a simple device and easy to put on. They do lock your laces and keep them secure. No need to worry about them getting loose. I've ran in the rain through puddles and also in the snow and I haven't had any trouble with my laces with the SUMOgrips on. No more having to double knot my laces and with just one pair of SUMOgrips, you can use them on your other shoes. I'm looking forward to using them on my hiking boots when we start hiking again this spring. They would be perfect for them as my hiking boots laces come undone more so than any other pair of shoes I have.

They are worth checking out. I just leave them on my shoes (yeah I'm one of those people that don't untie their laces). It is really nice to not have to worry about my them. ReplyDeleteMy left shoe is haunted. Even when I double tie it, it comes untied. Nothing I do keeps that lace where it belongs. I may have to give these a try!

ReplyDeleteI'm another gal who doesn't untie her double knotted shoe laces. Which when they eventually loosen up are a hassle to undo. I hope I win these laces and they work because it'd save me a lot of time and aggravation!
