#TaketheLeap: 30 Days of Yoga with prAna & Sweat Pink

One of my goals for 2015 was to do more yoga, so here goes...I've decided to dive right in and take the leap! :) I'll be participating in 30 days of yoga with prAna & Sweat Pink. The challenge starts on February 2nd, that's this coming Monday! It goes from February 2nd - March 8th so 30 days! I consider myself a newbie to yoga so this will be interesting!
To kick things off, Sweat pink has come up with another fun mad lib.

When I think about yoga, the first thought that comes to mind is cool poses. Yoga relaxes(verb) me and makes me feel good (noun).

That’s why I am SO excited (adjective) to participate in prAna’s Take The Leap 30 days of Yoga Challenge with Sweat Pink. I plan to downward dog (yoga pose) my way to a more flexible (adjective) and relaxed (adjective) 2015!

For me, the biggest challenge when it comes to yoga is flexibility. Taking the Leap with prAna and Sweat Pink is a great way for me to face/ conquer / achieve / find more flexibility (same challenge / or be creative!).

My favorite place to yoga is at home (noun) because it is so much easier and I'm not comfortable yet to hit the studio(adj).

  9. Oh my goodness - look at you! You never stop I LOVE THAT! Thanks for thinking of and including me. I will get hubby to get a picture of me when I try out the Rockin' Yoga on the boat this week. I totally look forward to watching you take on and conquer yet another new challenge! Go Sharon!
