Today's topic is "A Photo Essay. How will you MOVE, NOURISH, BELIEVE this week?" Move, Nourish, Believe comes from Lorna Jane's philosophy that when you Move your body daily, Nourish your body both inside and out, and Believe anything is possible, you can commit to being the best version of yourself.
Here are ways that I will Move, Nourish, Believe this week:
MOVE - I am training for the NYC Half marathon that is in a little less than 2 weeks so I will be running, doing a little strength training, and some PiYo and yoga.
NOURISH - Along with trying to eat cleaner foods this weak, since last month I have started using Skoop A game in the mornings to get more fruits and veggies and for clean all day energy. I really like it and like the idea that I am getting more fruits and veggies in my diet each day.
BELIEVE - In honor of Dr. Suess's birthday yesterday, I saw this quote on Facebook and thought it fitting for what I believe. We choose the direction we go. It's not others, but ourselves. Anything is possible especially if we try hard for it.
These are ways I will Move, Nourish, Believe this week. What about you? How are you committing to being the best version of yourself?
Well... I need to nourish a little better this week... I've been so hungry but haven't maybe been eating the best things... blaming it on marathon training but I gotta reign it in!!
