Last Sunday I ran Boston's Run To Remember Half Marathon. I had been wanting to run a race in Boston and this was the one I registered for early based on this list The 50 best Half-Marathons In the US I found online. I'm pretty glad I did this race because it didn't disappoint. The weather was perfect and the course was great!

LifeStraw Go Water Bottle Review
It's not a surprise to many of you that I love hiking and backpacking. Not so much backpacking lately but lots of hikes with the Hubby and kiddos. When I was given the opportunity to review the LifeStraw Go Water Bottle, I was excited because I like water bottles and thought it was pretty awesome that it had a filter in it. I received a complimentary LifeStraw Go Water bottle in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

6 Mile Run Reservoir Family Hike Trip Report 4/19/15
Hi guys! Here is the the trip report for the 6 Mile Run Reservoir hike we did a while back and is long overdue. It was another Sunday of great weather, so we decided on a hike that was referred to me from my friend Min. Located in Somerset, NJ, it was less than a 25 minute drive to get to the trailhead from our home.

2015 Big Red Race 5K Race Recap
Last Sunday I ran the Big Red Race 5K at the Lawrenceville School. It's a local private school that is in the nearby township of Lawrence. I had done the race before, last year and also in 2012 (I heard about it from a friend). What is great about the event is that before the 5K are kids races. The kiddos both participated again this year.

Boston's Run To Remember Half Marathon Training Week 2: 4/27-5/3
Last week did not go as planned in regards to training for my half marathon due to being sick. Turned out I had a sinus infection with the gross phlegm, coughing, and headaches. I feel a lot better now but have some sniffles and coughs here and there, but at least the headaches and yucky phlegm are gone. I'm hoping I can get back on track this week on my workouts.
Here's a recap of last week's workouts:

Running Favorites - Questions Answered
I was tagged by MB over at Tutus and Tennies to answer some questions about my Running Favorites. I thought it was a fun Q&A and I always enjoy reading other peoples answers, so I figured it would be nice to share my answers. Here goes:
1.) Location: Trail, Road or Indoors? I love running on the trail because of the scenery you can get on them. Who wouldn't love running on a trail like this?
The D&R Canal trail is my go to trail because it is so close to my home.
