Happy Monday! I'm excited because today starts the #7daystretch #LiveinprAna Challenge! But before we get into the challenge, I want to recap my week. It's been a busy week between painting, workouts, and the kiddos but I am am happy that I got all my running workouts in along with T25 and even PiYo.

Tuesday 8/18 - 3 mile run
Wednesday 8/19 - 5 mile run
Thursday 8/20 - T25 Gamma Rip't Up
Friday 8/21 - 5 mile run
Saturday 8/22 - 10 mile long run with running friends.
Sunday 8/23 - Anniversary hike with the fam to Pulpit Rock.

As to the weekend, Saturday started with a good long run with the local Mom Run This Town group I belong to. It had been a while since a big group got together so it was nice to see old faces along with new ones.
After my long run, it was a day of errands and painting. We are coming along on painting our condo. It is looking a lot nicer and I can't wait till we are finished and can list it on the market.
Sunday, was Hubby and my Anniversary. Seven years and going strong. We always do an Anniversary hike each year and this year we headed to Pulpit Rock near Hamburg, PA. Trip report will be on the blog soon! It was a great hike with awesome views!

We’re nearing the end of August and even though the summer is coming to an end, I’m super excited about the Fall because school starts and the weather cools down. In fact, my very favorite thing about Fall is the cooler weather. I can imagine myself wearing sage convertible pants [item from prAna website / include a hyperlink if you can!] while I hike [activity/verb] because of the cooler weather.
If I had one goal for the Fall, it would be to PR in the half marathon because PR's are always great. To achieve it, I know I will need consistency and speed. And of course I want to look great doing it so I have the Sabin T-back Top [item from prAna website / include a hyperlink if you can!] on my wish-list…..
