It has actually been a while since I regularly took a daily multivitamin. They are an excellent source of vitamins A,C,D, E, K, B6, B12, B5, niacin, biotin, and iodine. It is great because there are no synthetic colors, flavors or preservatives. They are gluten and casein-free.
They are free of GMO's, yeast, wheat, milk, eggs, soy allergens, peanuts, tree nuts, fish allergens, shellfish, high fructose corn syrup, synthetic colors, artificial flavors, artificial preservatives and salicylates. They are also made in the US, in California.
A serving size is six gummies. It seems like a lot to take for a full serving but I didn't mind after trying them.
They taste like candy and eating six is not a problem. I like the fruity flavor. The flavors come from orange, lemon creme, and blueberry. I have no hesitations taking these daily. It is a now part of my morning routine. SmartyPants was also smart to send samples of the Kids Complete & Men's Complete Multivitamins. I say smart because my kiddos are now fans. They like SmartyPants better than the ones they are currently taking. Hubby liked his too but is not sure about switching over.
