Happy Friday! Today I'm bringing you another five moves you can do with the Surge/Kamagon Ball. If you missed my review that I posted last week, you can check it out here. In short, I am really enjoying working out with these products from Hedstrom Fitness. Hydro inertia training makes for a great workout.
Today's Friday five moves are:
- Standing Oblique Twists
- Sit ups
- Sumo Squats w/ Overhead Press
- Lunge and Press
- Skater Lunges
Do 10 reps of each 2-3 times for a nice workout.
