Highlights of the weekend, the boys had their school trick or treat event and movie night on Friday. Here they are with their costumes. One is a character from a video game (Halo) and the other is Ironman.
That same night, I went out with the girls. Such a fun night of drinks and dancing!
Saturday morning, I got to watch 8 year old's soccer game before heading into work. He did great. It's their last game before their jamboree this coming Saturday.
On my lunch break from work, I tried out a new place, Make Fish. I tried their Sashimi burrito which was really good. This place is awesome if you like poke or sushi.
Sunday was my 18 mile long run. These runs are so much better with company. So glad that my friend Elizabeth joined me for 12 miles of it.
Afterwards, we took the fam to a new Dim Sum place. It was really good. Better than the last place we went to a while back. My favorite is the shumai.
After the yummy lunch, we relaxed at home a bit before 8 year old's soccer select preview.
I'll be running the Run the Parkway 20 miler in Sacramento on Sunday. It will be a comfortable paced 20 miler for me. I'm looking forward to a fun run with my friend Elizabeth!
That pretty much sums up my week! Linking this post up with HoHo Runs and MissSippiPiddlin for their Weekly Wrap.
Have a great week!
